Here you will find a list of homes currently available for annual-leases, If you don’t see a home in our list it means we are all booked for the time being. This does not mean that you have to get discuraged, we have homes coming up every week for annual rentals. Maybe the next one will be your dream home.
How To Rent?
The process has been made simple for comfort and your safety. We use Buildium an all-in-one platform where you can apply, pay for your application and see the status of this one. This platform is also used by our tentants to pay rent, request maintaince work orders and see their lease documentation.
To submit your application, just click the link under the home you like the most and start the application proccess, pay the $50.00 non-refundable application fee which covers the cost of the background check, and relax.
Remember tenants are picked on a first come basis. If you like a home do not hesistate to apply, they go quickly. If you do not get the home and you see another house that you would like to rent, whithin 30-days, contact our office to apply.
