Here you will find a list of homes currently available for annual leases. If you don’t see a home that fits your needs, it simply means we are fully booked at the moment. However, please don’t get discouraged — new homes become available every week. In fact, your dream home could be just around the corner.
How To Rent?
The application process has been made simple, comfortable, and secure for your peace of mind. We use Buildium, a convenient all-in-one platform where you can easily apply, pay the application fee, and track your application status in real time.
Additionally, our tenants use this same platform to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and access their lease documents.
To get started, simply click the link under the home you like best, complete the application, and pay the $50 non-refundable application fee (which covers your background check). Then you can relax while we process it.
Please remember, homes are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, if you love a property, don’t hesitate to apply — they go quickly. However, if you don’t get the home and see another one you like within 30 days, just contact our office to apply again
